Bobby Hively joins EST Tennessee Quality team

Ellison Surface Technology is pleased to announce that Bobby Hively has joined our team as the quality manager in Wartburg, TN. Bobby comes to us from over 20 years experience in the automotive industry. He worked primarily with tier one suppliers and knows very well how important continuous process improvement is to our customer’s business needs. After spending a great deal of time in Daytona Beach, Florida managing a large industrial business side of Crane Cams, Bobby felt drawn back to the Midwest.

He turned down opportunities with other companies to work for Ellison Surface Tech. “ I was very impressed with the family values that are evident at this company. I see that they live and believe what they say on their mission statement. That is important to me”.

Bobby is married to Cindy and has two boys ages 17 and 14. The boys are active in football and wrestling. His family is at the center of his life. They travel playing gospel music together in a band.
