Ellison Surface Technologies Fires Up Two New Booths in Hebron, KY

During the first week of April, the guns were fired up and powder flowed through the hvof and plasma spray guns in Ellison Surface Technologies’ (EST) two new booths at its Hebron, KY facility. EST’s new state-of-the-art booths, with interchangeable hvof and plasma capability, advanced robots and advanced program controls serve to increase capacity by 33%. The new booths are in the early phases of qualification, and EST expects to be ready for production in the near future. EST has been a leading developer and applicator of advanced thermal spray coatings for 20 years.
